Three Education rooms are available in the basement of the Art Museum, This is a space for educational activities where visitors can comfortably engage directly in the programs and offering various programs to enhance their creativity.

The seminar room on the third level is where a multiplicity of academic, educational, and cultural programs, such as lectures, forums, seminars, and various cultural events take place.

Yangpyeong Art Museum has an outdoor exhibition area that presents sculptures and other media works. It also functions as an outdoor events venue.
